Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as airport staff. The role involves ensuring smooth airport operations, assisting passengers, and maintaining safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding flights, gates, and schedules
• Handle passenger queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Coordinate with the airline and ground crew for timely operations
• Ensure compliance with airport and airline protocols
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer service-oriented approach
• Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent
• Age: 18–30 years
• Freshers can apply
• Prior experience in hospitality or aviation is a plus
